Let the Teardrops Fall -The Ultimate Patsy Cline Tribute Show

A tribute is only a tribute when it does justice to the original artist. Patsy will be smilin’ on down when she hears Stacey’s Morris’s renditions of her legendary lyrics.

It takes someone special to represent the magic that was Patsy and Stacey’s powerful and emotional voice is the perfect instrument to accomplish this. Backed by the seasoned musicianship of the Raiders, these artists pay respectful and note-perfect homage to the talented but short-lived star.

Stacey has carved a great career as a solo Country Rock performer, but has always been a huge fan of Patsy. Her first album recorded in 1997 featured a very “smokey” version of Crazy. Stacey went on to achieve many accolades in her solo career, most notably Telstra Southern Cross Independent Female Vocalist of the Year in 2005 and the Frank Ifield International Spur Award.

Stacey’s “So Far Away” from the Borders and Boundaries second album (2004) charted in across Europe while in Australia she toured and touched the hearts of regional Australia. In 2006 Stacey toured the Middle East to perform for the Australian and Allied Troops.

Stacey is ably joined by the Raiders featuring Chris Somerville on guitar, Bruce Gembitkski on bass, Michael Vareka, keyboards and Michael Hague on drums.

This is a band of fine musicians who with Stacey, pay tribute to one of Country music’s finest legacies – the great Patsy Cline.
