What is FACE?

FACE is a Federal Government initiative. The acronym stands for Forces Advisory Council on Entertainment. It consists of a group of people responsible for identifying and securing suitable artists to entertain Australian forces all over the world. The Council is represented by the who’s who in the music industry. High profile performers, promoters and managers whose job it is to ensure that our young people are entertained by the best; the people they want to hear... people who remind them that they are not forgotten and offer a brief period of normality in a period of extreme stress for them.
