5 Simple Steps for Performers

1. Click the Register as an Artist/Band tab, and follow the prompts so that our system knows which knows who you are and which region (area) you come from, and what genre (style of music) you play.
2. Pay the one-off $20 registration fee so that your name appears on NML Table for your genre in your region.
3. Click the NML Unregistered Gigs tab to begin accumulating points from any of your own gigs that you do from the start date of the next competition, timing of which will be listed on the NML Homepage and emailed to Registered Artists/Bands. If you can access one of the City Regions and book yourself gigs via NML Registered Gigs tab, then you can also score well by playing at these official events.
4. Continue building your points, by getting people to vote for you by phone, email or internet (instructions on how to do this will come by email to you once you have registered...but don’t worry, it’s easy!)
5. Keep an eye on your Table so you know how you are going!!! Weekly results are 'finalised every Monday afternoon', starting in June for 'pre-season' comp, and re-starting when the main competition begins. Aim to be at the top at the conclusion of each contest, to receive the glory and a host of prizes!!
